All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide options for resolution.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and the chosen shipping method. 

For U.S. orders, we offer competitive rates through various carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method. Additional duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping 

We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. 

JokerTattooSupply.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or factors outside our control.

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping to many countries. Please check the available options at checkout for your specific location. 

International shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination and chosen carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number, but please note that some international shipments may not be fully trackable. 

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery, based on the customs regulations of the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. 

We do not accept responsibility for any customs delays or issues that may arise during international shipping.

Order Issues or Missing Shipments 

Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. Please contact the carrier directly for tracking issues or delays. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. JokerTattooSupply.com is not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Returns and Exchanges 

All sales are final on most items. If an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot reimburse for duties, taxes, or import fees incurred when returning items.
