Return and Refund Policy

At JokerTattooSupply.com, we strive to provide the best tattoo supplies and ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy 

 All sales are final on most products. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not defective or damaged.

 If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Any claims made after this time will not be accepted.

2. Defective or Damaged Items 

 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@jokertattoosupply.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

 You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim efficiently.

 We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for the value of the defective or damaged item. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund, but only for the defective or damaged portion of the order.

3. NonDefective Items 

 Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for nondefective or unwanted items. We highly recommend doublechecking your order before completing your purchase to ensure it is accurate.

4. Return Shipping Costs 

 If an item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are responsible for the return (e.g., due to a change of mind or incorrect order), you will be required to pay for the return shipping.

 Shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

5. Exchanges 

 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the original item under our return policy and place a new order for the replacement product.

6. Refund Process 

 Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged items, and they will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 If approved, refunds will be issued within 710 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.

7. NonReturnable Items 

 For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including but not limited to:

   Opened or used tattoo supplies (such as needles, inks, and stencils).

   Items that have been altered or modified in any way.

8. Restocking Fees 

 If a return is approved for any reason outside of defective or damaged items, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

9. Change of Mind 

 We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind or for purchases made in error. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages 

 Once your package is handed over to the carrier, JokerTattooSupply.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will provide tracking information to help you monitor your shipment.

 If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
